The platform was built to address structural inefficiencies common in private markets, including fragmented information, manual workflows, and limited transparency across SPVs and private investment structures. Dealboard provides technology tools that support institutional-grade governance, documentation management, and reporting in a structured and auditable manner.

Dealboard is not a broker, dealer, or placement agent. Oscar Decotelli

Oscar Decotelli is an economist and global investment executive with more than 25 years of experience evaluating economic scenarios, investment decisions, and private-market strategies across multiple market cycles. After spending over two decades living and working in Latin America, he is now based in the United States, where he focuses on board-level leadership, governance, and long-term strategic direction in private markets.

Oscar serves as Founder and Chairman of DXA Group, and as a board member of DXA Invest and Dealboard, contributing to investment committee discussions, portfolio evaluation, and institutional positioning. His role across the group is centered on governance, strategy, and investment analysis, rather than transaction execution or capital placement.

He is actively involved in institutional dialogue with investment managers, advisory firms, and long-term capital partners, representing DXA Group as its public and strategic face in professional and educational contexts. These activities are conducted within appropriate regulatory frameworks and are not transaction-based.

Oscar is a frequent speaker at international investment and innovation forums, including events organized by the Milken Institute, and a recurring guest on Bloomberg TV and other major media outlets, where he shares perspectives on private markets, fintech, and cross-border investing between Latin America and the United States.
