DXA Invest is a Brazil-based private investment manager regulated by the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). Founded in 2012, the firm has developed a long-term investment approach focused on disciplined evaluation, governance, and portfolio construction across private-market strategies. Along the years, the firm has raised and deployed more than US$250 million.

DXA Invest operates through an institutional investment committee structure and emphasizes risk management, alignment of interests, and active portfolio oversight. The platform has deployed capital across private equity, venture capital, and real asset strategies, primarily in Latin America, while maintaining a global investment perspective.

Dealboard is the group's fintech: a private-markets infrastructure platform for institutions, asset managers, and advisory firms. Its two product lines, Deal Feeder and Manager-as-a-Service, provide the structuring, workflow orchestration, data organization, and reporting layer that private-market transactions run on, replacing fragmented information and manual workflows with institutional-grade, auditable processes.

Dealboard is a technology and infrastructure company. It is not a broker-dealer and does not offer securities; where transactions occur on structures supported by the platform, they are conducted by the appropriately regulated parties.

For more than two decades, the group's leadership has advised families, founders, and long-term allocators, always on the allocator's side of the table. When the group's work involves securities transactions, including capital formation, private placements, or transaction-based engagements, those activities are conducted by Oscar Decotelli solely in his capacity as a registered representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC. Engagement documentation, compensation, and communications for such transactions run through Finalis under its supervisory procedures.

Oscar is also an affiliate banker within 361Firm, a global community of more than 11,000 single family offices, institutional investors, funds, and founders collaborating on investing and philanthropy, whose securities activities are likewise conducted through Finalis Securities LLC.
